Resides in Tampa, FL during the offseason...Played his college baseball at the University of Florida, pitching for the Gators from 2015-17...helped Florida to its first national title in 2017, earning College World Series Most Outstanding Pitcher honors after throwing 14.1 scoreless innings with 22 strikeouts in two starts...earned All-American honors and Second Team All-SEC honors as a junior, posting a 9-2 record with one save, a 2.26. ERA (123.2IP/31ER) and 157 strikeouts in 20 appearances, including 19 starts...made 17 starts as a sophomore in 2016, compiling a 13-3 record with a 3.18 ERA (104.2IP/37ER) and 133 strikeouts to earn All-America honors.
