Tigers announce 2014 Spring Training Broadcast schedule

|

The Detroit Tigers today announced their 2014 Spring Training broadcast schedule, which features 22 radio broadcasts on WXYT and four television broadcasts on FOX Sports Detroit.

Veteran Tigers radio duo Dan Dickerson and Jim Price will call all the action on 97.1 FM The Ticket and WXYT 1270 AM. The Schedule is subject to change based on programming conflicts.

Tune in when FOX Sports Detroit broadcasts four games during the Grapefruit League schedule, including March 10 against the St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, March 13 against the Miami Marlins at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, March 23 against the Miami Marlins at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland and March 27 against the Atlanta Braves at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland.

This spring will mark the Tigers 78th season at TigerTown in Lakeland, extending the longest-standing relationship between a major league team and a current Spring Training host city. The 2014 spring season marks the club's 49th consecutive season of exhibition play at Joker Marchant Stadium.
